Marc Bourdon, Agent

Marc has never been a one trick pony. Although he has spent the last eight years in bands, it was the peripheral responsibilities that really gave him a sense of how the music world works… Always the de facto manager, booking agent, publicist, van driver, band dad, and general go-getter, Marc takes pride in greasing the gears and making things happen for the people he cares about.

Marc also spends some of his time as a marine mammal biologist and geographer and holds a bachelors and masters in geography. He currently lives in Anchorage with his wife Sarah, daughter Charlee and dog Micah…

Martin Severin, Business Manager

Martin Severin is our administrative guru. His role at Monolith is to do all of the things that no one else wants to do: business management, contracts, accounting, copyright administration, writing software, etc., etc., etc. (read “all the boring but necessary stuff”). Martin holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham Law School in New York City and a bachelor’s degree in History with a minor in music from California State University, Chico, and has worked at many occupations at various times, including (in no particular order) a carpenter, a cook, a dishwasher, a CPA, a lawyer, and a musician, to name a few.

Martin can proudly claim that he has played gigs at CBGB in New York when there was still a CBGB in New York, and at this point knows pretty much everything there is to know about vintage guitars. He lives in Anchorage with his wife Mara and their two daughters, Charlotte and Clover.
